As mothers, we often search for ways to open up conversations about menstruation and growing up in a way that feels natural, rather than awkward or overwhelming. At this beautiful workshop, we will do just that – through an immersive experience that combines feminine wisdom, practical tools, and a nurturing environment, we help you and your daughter approach this life stage with clarity and confidence.
Whether your daughter is approaching menarche or has already started her cycle, this workshop will give you both the knowledge and tools to navigate this beautiful transition with confidence.
Join us - nutritionist, Emily Gardem, and yoga instructor Vanessa Negroni, for a special 2.5-hour workshop as a beautiful introduction to the rhythms of the menstrual cycle. Through movement, storytelling, and hands-on crafting, we’ll nurture body positivity and cyclical awareness in a warm, supportive space.

Since becoming a degree-qualified Nutritionist in 2017, I’ve helped hundreds of women make simple, sustainable changes that have transformed their health.
